Lasso Drilling LLC seeks Vice President of Technology & Innovation – Land Drilling to work in Midland, TX.
Serve as a key strategic leader responsible for driving technological advancement and innovation strategy across the organization; oversee all aspects of drilling rig design, engineering, and construction, ensuring alignment with operational efficiency, safety, environmental standards, and emerging industry trends.
Requirements include 4 years of experience in Drilling Operations Manager or related management role and working knowledge of rig design, managing design and delivery of newbuild or refurbished land rigs, rig automation and control systems, project management and budgeting for rig builds and of business development and consultative project bid process for deep horizontal drilling projects. up to 50% domestic travel.
